This is the first day of my trip to Vienna, Austria! We started out 8am this morning at the Greenville Airport, our flight left at 10:15 and we arrived in Washington at 11:30. Now we've been in the airport Since then and our flight leaves soon! We met a cool mission trip group from San Diego and passed the time talking to them. We get there at 8:30am so I'm happy we have business class to relax in. We landed 30 minutes early and got to my aunt and uncles by 10am! Then we slept till 1 and went out sightseeing in district 4, downtown Austria. We saw St. Stephansons church, it's in the heart of Vienna. Then we went to a polish cafe for lunch and a time travel Austria museum/ride. Also a cafe where I tried sachertorte, which is a famous cake here.
Today 7/11, we slept in till 11 then went to Prauter, an old amusement park which is home to a wax museum and a big Ferris wheel with a great view. Then to a cafe/art museum. Haute der Kust (house of art), the floor was uneven with lots of designs. The artist also designed a cool apartment which we stopped to see. Tomorrow we leave for Budapest!
